This Privacy Policy describes how RoleplayPassion collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the RoleplayPassion application and related services ("Application").

1.1 Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your username, email address, internal account identifier, language preferences, and authentication information. Passwords are stored using a secure cryptographic hash and are not accessible to us in plain text.
1.2 Usage and Gameplay Information: We may collect information about how you use the Application, including game progress, interactions with characters, features accessed, virtual currency balance, purchase status, session activity, and application preferences.
1.3 Conversation Data: Messages and interactions with characters may be processed to generate responses, maintain conversation context, moderate content, enforce our rules, investigate abuse, and improve the safety and reliability of the Application.
Conversation data is not shared with advertising providers for advertising targeting, personalization, or measurement.
1.4 Device and Technical Information: We and our service providers may process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type, operating system, language, application version, device or application identifiers, crash data, diagnostic data, and performance information.
1.5 Purchases: Purchases made through the Android Application are processed by Google Play. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, subscription status, currency, refund status, and other information necessary to validate and provide purchased content. We do not receive your full payment card information.
We may use the information collected to:

3.2 Advertisements may be provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
3.3 Advertising services may process information such as IP address, approximate location, device information, advertising identifier, application interactions, advertisement impressions, clicks, diagnostic data, and performance information.
3.4 This information may be used for advertisement delivery, measurement, frequency capping, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
3.5 Depending on your location, device settings, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
3.6 Where required by law, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Application requests advertising consent before using personal information for personalized advertising.
3.7 You may manage advertising choices through the privacy options available in the Application, your Google advertising settings, or your Android device settings.
3.8 You may reset or delete your Android advertising identifier. Disabling personalized advertising does not prevent all advertisements from being displayed.
4.1 The Application may use cookies, local storage, web view storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, save preferences, provide features, measure performance, detect technical problems, prevent fraud, and support advertising.
4.2 Our website and web-based interfaces may use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, feature usage, and technical performance.
4.3 Where required by applicable law, optional analytics and advertising technologies will be subject to an appropriate consent mechanism.

5.4 We do not sell personal information in exchange for direct monetary payment. However, some advertising-related processing may be legally considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale" under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, we will provide the required choices.
6.1 We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, validate transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.
6.2 You may request deletion of your account by using the deletion option available in the Application or by contacting support@roleplaypassion.com .
6.3 After a valid deletion request, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
6.4 We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
6.5 Information stored in backups may remain temporarily until the applicable backup is overwritten or expires through our normal backup process.
6.6 Anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, safety, and product improvement.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, portability, information about data sharing, restriction of certain processing, or withdrawal of consent.
Where processing is based on consent, withdrawing consent does not affect processing performed before the withdrawal. Withdrawal of advertising consent may disable personalized advertising without necessarily terminating your account.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including secure password hashing, encrypted data transmission, access controls, monitoring, and infrastructure security.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Application is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create or maintain an account.
If we become aware that an individual under 18 has created an account, we may suspend the account and delete the associated information, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
Information may be processed in Brazil, the United States, Europe, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, service providers, legal requirements, or our data practices.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RoleplayPassion Application. By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Application.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
1.3 You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 AI-generated content may be fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unexpected.
3.3 AI-generated content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
3.4 We use moderation measures to reduce prohibited or inappropriate content but cannot guarantee that every unsuitable output will be prevented.
4.1 The Application may offer subscriptions and one-time digital purchases processed through Google Play.
4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Deleting the Application or your RoleplayPassion account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
4.4 Refunds and cancellations are subject to applicable law and Google Play's payment and refund policies.
4.5 We may revoke virtual currency or digital benefits associated with refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions.
Virtual currency, credits, rewards, and digital items are licensed for use within the Application. They do not represent real-world currency, have no cash value outside the Application, and cannot be exchanged for money unless required by law.
We may correct balances or remove items obtained through errors, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.
6.1 The Application may display rewarded, interstitial, or banner advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
6.2 Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward may depend on advertisement availability, completion, validation, and compliance with these Terms.
6.3 You may not use automation, emulation, manipulated traffic, or other methods to generate fraudulent advertisement interactions or obtain unauthorized rewards.
6.4 Advertisement availability, content, and rewards may vary by country, device, user, and advertising inventory.
The Application, including its software, characters, artwork, text, audio, interfaces, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to RoleplayPassion.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Application or its content without authorization.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, presents a security risk, is involved in fraud or abuse, or must be restricted to comply with law or platform requirements.
Account termination may result in loss of access to progress, virtual currency, conversations, and digital content, subject to applicable law.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleplayPassion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
We may modify features, prices, virtual rewards, content, and these Terms. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and privacy rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
